Springrolls
Vietnamese springrolls are a burst of freshness. Unlike their fried counterparts, springrolls are eaten cold and filled with a medley of ingredients: vermicelli noodles, crisp lettuce, an assortment of mint (spearmint, purple perilla, Vietnamese hot mint, Vietnamese lemon balm) and your meat of choice (or tofu). Depending on which roll you choose, the dippings sauces vary from our house fish sauce to peanut sauce to a sweet soy sauce but you can always request to try them all!
